  Chris was professional and attentive to our needs. He handled everything promptly and always had great communication. Chris marketed our home well and held busy open houses. He attracted a lot of interest to our home through social media and word of mouth. On the buying end, Chris was patient while we looked at several homes and let us form our opinions on our own without judgement. Chris went over and beyond to find us the home of our dreams! Thank-you Chris! I would recommend Chris to any family or friends without hesitation.

  As a first time home buyer, I went into this experience feeling pretty inexperience and overwhelmed. Chris was extremely kind, patient, and professional each step of the way - he broke everything down in simple steps, and always took the time to explain each and every process to me. He was always willing to communicate with me and promptly responded to any questions.
  
  When it came to looking at homes, he always had my best interest and did such a great job narrowing down the search process to exactly what I wanted. By doing so, he helped me find my first dream townhome just walking distance to my work.

  Working with Chris has been nothing but a wonderful experience. He went above and beyond our expectations, helping to make a stressful situation more than manageable. His recommendations on all fronts with regards to our showing, selling and our new purchase were well worth it.   We had the pleasure of working with Chris for our first home purchase. He made everything very seamless, so seamless we went from meeting with him to seeing a few places and getting an accepted offer in less than a week. Chris was able to make himself available to us with all of our questions and concerns. He worked hard on making sure that we got the place that we really want. Very professional and very self driven.
