  I have been going to this Pharmacy since I moved to Williamstown, 14 years ago. Nothing is too much trouble and they always remember my name. Karen deserves an award for the most helpful shop assistant ever! Hugh is always happy and helpful and has made several helpful suggestions in regard to my allergies.

  Have been going to this pharmacy for years now. They all know the entire family and show such care and willingness to help.
  
  I can’t tell you how rude the pharmacists are at the bright yellow pharmacy down the road.
  
  All of the pharmacies at this pharmacy are amazing, and not to forget the friendly assistants behind the counter. Everyone here knows your name asked how your family is going and you can genuinely trust them when it’s something important.

  Had the most wonderful experience here the other day. I'm petrified of needles and when I had my Moderna vaccine here, all the staff were so comforting and professional. When I called to book the appointment, the lady on the phone was so lovely, and you could tell that nothing was too much trouble for her. When my partner and I were sitting down after the vaccine, Anne (I think that was her name) came and helped us with supplements. She gave us so much information. You can tell she goes above and beyond to do her job, and loves what she does. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

  What a fantastic pharmacy - the service here is amazing. Hugh (the chemist) went out of his way to help my elderly mum with her complicated medicine regime. He got it all sorted for her so quickly after a mix up at the hospital and were so pleasant and kind. They made it so easy! Highly recommend.
